08:45 Meet at The Highlander, 10 Worcester Street, Grahamstown.
09:00 Introductory briefing.
09:15 Depart for Gunfire Hill                    (1820 Settlers Monument) on 22-Seater bus / 12 Seater Mini-bus as appropriate
09:25 Arrive Gun Fire Hill / Fort Selwyn. Disembark.
Observe view of Makhanda (Grahamstown) and Tour Route.
09:45 Depart Monument, proceed past Rhodes University, Cathedral to St Batholomew’s Church.
10:00 Arrive Egazini Battle Memorial for story of The Battle of Grahamstown / Egazini (1819) and walk through
garden.
10:25 Depart for St Philips Church, Fingo Village.
10:30 Arrive St Philips Church. Tour of the church and grounds.
11:00 Depart for Egazini Outreach Project. Hosted by Mr Bongani Diko. Arts & Crafts shop.
11:30 Depart for return to The Highlander via Kingswood College.
12:00 Return to The Highlander.
